Autonomous Plants 2012 Was part of a dinner in the Designhuis Eindhoven
during the Food Film Festival Eindhoven.
Chef Gilbert Kolff had prepared a three course dinner. The first course was a salad of seasonal vegetables and flowers that had to be fished by the guests themselves by cutting fresh herbes from the Autonomous PLants wandering around the tables.
