Project snelweg Charlois (Rotterdam-South) is starting form the irrealistic proposal to make a new 4-lane connection to the Centre over the river Maas. The proposal for this proposal is not to wait for future findings or other means of connecting, but start realizing part of the project. This start of a 4-lane bridge will result in something else; a remarkable viewing point for Charlois, and a landmark for Charlois that will be seen from the other side.
